During this tough time, many changes and uncertainties have arised. Therefore, we would like to update our cancellation/modification policy with detailed amendments in order to provide our guests with increased flexibility:

non-fefundable rate: Any booking with non-refundable rate having check-in date through June 30, 2020 may be modified or cancelled without any fee by contacting our hotels directly.

www.odysseahotels.com with
best available rate: Any booking with best available rate may be modified or cancelled without any extra charge.
Please noted that our refund process may take up to 60 days from the day that you submit the refund request.
