Odyssea Hospitality guarantees to provide the best online rate for hotel room reservations at Liberty Central and Libert Hotel available to the general public subject to the following terms and conditions:

  2. The competing rate from another internet source must be a publicly available rate.
  3. The Lower Rate must be for the same type of accommodation, which means the same room type, at the same hotel or resort, with the same dates and length of stay, same number of guests, with a similar view or room size, same designation as either cancellable or non-cancellable, same advance purchase policies and the same terms and conditions governing the room rate.
  4. This policy applies to nightly room only rates publicly available for online reservation, excluding other charges such as transportation, meals and other services.
  5. Rate comparisons will be made net of taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges. Free breakfast and free or discounted amenities or services offered as part of the Lower Rate will be excluded from the rate comparison, and will not be provided by Odyssea Hospitality when matching the Lower Rate.
  6. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the Guarantee.
  7. In the event of a multiple night stay, the Best Online Rate Guarantee will compare the room-only rate for each night of the stay as booked on or branded websites with the room-only rate for each night of the stay booked at a Competing Rate. Policy applies when each night of the stay for full period of a multiple night stay.  
  8. This policy does not apply to the following:
    • Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon Odyssea hotel brand and a specified group.
    • Discount rates offered only to members of groups and individuals only who meet previously-specified criteria, including seniors or government employees.
    • Package rates including the room and other components such as travel arrangement, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.
    • Reservation made within 24 hours.
    • Package or group add-on rates for extended stay.
    • Negotiated for stays extending beyond 14 nights.
    • Rates that are available on opaque or auction websites that do not disclose hotel name until the reservation is completed, for example Priceline, Hotwire and Jetsetter.
    • Rates that are available on flash sales websites.
    • Rates that are lower than direct rates due to the application of a cashback or discount applied by the website directly.
    • Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding or differences in currency exchange rates.
  9. You must submit your claim within 24 hours of the reservation being made with Odyssea hotels and at least 48 hours before the standard check-in time at the applicable Odyssea hotel brand
  10. Odyssea Hospitality may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee if in its sole discretion Odyssea Hospitality determines that such person has:
    • acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances
    • acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner
    • submitted multiple invalid Best Rate Guarantee claims
    • failed to stay at Four Seasons after receiving approved Best Rate Guarantee claims
    • breached any of these terms and conditions
  11. Odyssea Hospitality may deny claims where the applicable Odyssea hotel or resort will no longer be operating as a Odyssea hotel or resort on the date of the stay in question
  12. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through a Odyssea website, and Odyssea Hospitality is not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel (a non-Odyssea booking channel).
  13. The Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Odyssea Hospitality website or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Odyssea Hospitality’s reasonable control.
  14. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Rate Guarantee or these terms and conditions shall be handled individually without any class action, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in which the Odyssea hotel or resort being booked is located.
  15. Unless prohibited by law, Odyssea Hospitality reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee program and the terms and conditions at anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
