To hand over shifts, check logbook to receive urgent tasks in time.
To supervise staff in performing steward tasks of sanitation, to cleanse kitchen area, restaurant and transportation for food or other sanitary tasks.
To maintain good hygiene of all areas containing food and drinks as well as machinery, equipment, utensils for dining.
To assign steward staff to fulfill the needs of F&B department.
To support in training staff.
To check the dish-washing systems and the hygienic process and the usage of cleansing chemicals, ensure they are implemented properly as prescribed.
To guarantee hygiene of landfill and classify trash upon environmental standards and regulations of labor safety, fire prevention.
To check and propose periodic plans to maintain, repaint kitchen and restaurant area.
To check the sewer system in kitchen and restaurant area, ensure it is clear and odorless.
To operate stewards, stewardesses on behalf of steward Manager, to be willing to perform other tasks assigned by senior.
Other tasks requested by General Manager and Executive Chef.
