To follow up, update and send reports of costs to Accounting department every day. To carefully check all notes related to payment in arrival lists of Reservation department.
To record and report payment via bank transfer of travel agents and companies to Accounting department.
To check all credit cards to ensure there will be no refusal of payment, to know guests’ possibilities of payments.
To join Receptionists in check-out proceedings: check expenditure records, print invoices and charge money according to the invoices.
To exchange foreign currencies for guests, collect and exchange travel cheque according to regulations of the hotel.
To record and check the posted prices, update the prices applied for specific types of guests (in accordance with regulations of Marketing and Reservation department).
To keep strongbox safe.
To support Receptionists and adjust the shortcomings in payment.
To ensure the advance payment for guests, any changes of prices in invoices must be confirmed by guests’ signature and approval of authorities.
All records of changes in payments must be enclosed in documents of guests and forwarded to Accounting department.
To save all payment documents according to regulations of the hotel.
To implement other tasks requested by Accountant.
To carry out duties assigned by senior.
To learn and regularly update policies, regulations relating to professional competence.
Other tasks requested by General Manager and Head of Department.
Diploma or degree of Hotel Profession.
Experience in Reception position.
Experience in field of Customer Service.
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
English: Fluent in both writing and speaking skills.
Careful, scrupulous, honest.
