ABOUT LIBERTY CENTRAL NHA TRANG HOTEL

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To pre-process vegetables needed within a day.
  • To prepare sufficient food, vegetables, ingredients, spices… as required by Captain.
  • To sanitize refrigerators, freezers… cooking utensils as assigned by Captain.
  • To prepare utensils as required by Captain or cook. To process some dishes under requests and supervision of Captain or cook. To comply food-processing procedures and quality criteria of the Hotel.
  • To preserve food, vegetables.
  • To be responsible for hygiene in working area as well as labor safety, food hygiene safety.
  • To perform other tasks requested by Captain.
  • Other tasks requested by General Manager and Executive Chef.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or degree of Kitchen Profession.
  • Significant experience in hotels, restaurants.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying HACCP standards. (HACCP).
