- To provide guests with inside information (service, events, facilities…) and outside information (events, programs, tours, transports…) of the hotel.
- To provide guests with publications about the hotel, to distribute newspaper, magazines to guest rooms and other documents (provided by the hotel or upon guests’ requests).
- To understand, update all products of the hotel, as well as social, environmental, medical, entertaining information.
- To arrange bookings and appointments requested by guests.
- To manage, transfer and keep luggage for guests during their check-in, check-out procedures, as well as during their stay.
- Record, report the condition of security in the hotel.
- To implement reports of registering guests to the local authority.
- Support other departments when needed.
- Other tasks requested by General Manager and Head of Department.
- Degree of Hotel Profession.
- Experience in field of Customer Service.
- Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
- English: Good communication skills.
