ABOUT LIBERTY CENTRAL NHA TRANG HOTEL

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To guide guests in check-in: take guests to their room, carry their luggage, instruct them to use equipment in the room.
  • To introduce service of the hotel to guests.
  • To transport luggage when guests change to another room or check out.
  • To be responsible for delivering letters and parcels.
  • To represent a concierge when needed.
  • To look after the information table at Lobby.
  • Other tasks requested by General Manager and Head of Department.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
  • Degree in Hotel Profession.
  • Experience in field of Customer Service.
  • Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
  • English: Good communication skills.
