MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To propose the recruitment of new employee and termination of Labour contract.
  • To provide training to Rank & File positions.

  • To report to FOM the employee’s working status and propose any reward for disciplinary.

  • To enhance service spirit and creation of the team.

  • To set, supervise and coordinate team’s working structure and daily operations schedule.

  • To make working schedule and send to Managers on duties and check the execution.

  • To supervise the booking reservation.

  • To responsible for good working conditions of all equipment such as computer, calculator, safety box, spare keys, etc. to be ready for guest service. To support FOM in maintaining the deluxe and elegant of hotel’s lobby.

  • To allocate staff to ensure the cleanliness and tidy of lobby area.

  • To keep track of market’s competitive policies on services and pricing.

  • To maintain all relating operation activities of department according to BOM’s regulation.

  • To adopt guest’s complaint and resolve any possible resolved issues, or transfer to FOM for further process.

  • To report on guest’s comments and pay attention to the improvement of service quality.

  • To check the daily work of Cashier in relating to data input and payment process.

  • To check VIP and Suite room – to meet and accompany the guest to room – to welcome representative of travel companies and airline as assigned.

  • To meet service requirements of VIP guest. To make a list of weekly VIP guest and their requirements.

  • To coordinate with Security Department and ensure the secure of guest, to solve all issues relating to any lost item of guest.

  • To maintain the relationship with suppliers: taxi company, hospital, fire station, car rental, newspaper supplier and other hotels.

  • Other tasks as assigned by Board of Management and Head of Department.

 GENERAL REQUIREMENTs

  • Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality
  • Experience in customer service reception position.
  • ExtremeIy guest oriented and service minded.
  • IT skills: Good in Microsoft office.
