OVERVIEW OF DUTY

To assist Human Resources Department in Training, Recruitment and relevant administration.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Training:

To assist Training Manger in relevant works as followings:   

-          To prepare paper works for training courses: documents, attendance record, report. 

-          To coordinate with Hotels or suppliers if required.

2.       Recruitment:

-          Update the vacancies of hotels.

-          Post vacancies to Company’s website and other website if required.

3.       Administrative:

  • To support the relevant administrative works.
  • To undertake other tasks as agreed with the Training Manger and Human Resource Manager.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

  • Graduated student or Student at 3rd- 4th year of  University/College.
  • Strong administration, organizational skill.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Language: Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
