OVERVIEW OF DUTY
To assist Human Resources Department in Training, Recruitment and relevant administration.
To assist Training Manger in relevant works as followings:
- To prepare paper works for training courses: documents, attendance record, report.
- To coordinate with Hotels or suppliers if required.
- Update the vacancies of hotels.
- Post vacancies to Company’s website and other website if required.
- To support the relevant administrative works.
- To undertake other tasks as agreed with the Training Manger and Human Resource Manager.
- Graduated student or Student at 3rd- 4th year of University/College.
- Strong administration, organizational skill.
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Language: Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
