Overview of duties:

Assist the sales team in admin works and sales activity.

Main responsibilities:

·       Assist in the preparation of all proposals, contracts and related correspondence and other administration tasks relating to the sales function.

·       Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales call, entertainment, sales trips …

·       Assist in the preparation of sales kits, brochures, sales related collateral and give-always and gifts for sales persons.

·       Assist in conducting site inspections for clients or meeting with client on behalf of the Sales person when directed or when the Sales person is not in the office.

·       Conduct sales activity through telephone.

·       Coordinate with internal departments in related works.

.        Willing to take additional duties and work assignment by the Director of Sales.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

·       Strong time management skills

·       Proactive, responsible, careful, independent & multi-task working under high pressure.

·       Good at spoken and written English.

·       At least 1 year experience in the same position, preferably with Front office/ Reservation experience.

·       College graduate and above, preferably with major in Hospitality management.
