1. Management Skill
- Assign and operating all activities of Hotel IT.
- Coordinator all of operation on department, arrange duty on over time to make sure system working online and stable on 24/24 and 7 days per week.
- Plan to improve, maintenance IT System.
- Propose and advice to Board of Director about IT Management, distribute computer equipment to improve efficiency.
- Research new technologies capable for application in company IT system.
- Propose and manage the project on software to serve the business of corporate.
- Assign and monitor the data backup, maintenance software systems.
- Coordinate with SMLE partner finish all of project about SMILE system at hotels.
3. Network System
- Plan and process new system or upgrade current Hotel System.
- Operate and manage Hotel’s network system to make sure security for network system, manage permission access for end-user.
- Advice all department and branches to choose IT Equipment that meet requirement if any.
- Plan to maintain all of computer at Hotels.
5. Web-Email System
- Assign and monitor website server, email server system for hospitality.
- Administer the website of Odyssea.
- Administer, maintain or build new Documents Management System.
- Coordinate with Partner to manage website project for hospitality.
- Plan to train internal related IT to meet company requirement.
- Build SOP for hospitality and apply to hotels.
- IT fixed asset management at hotels.
